This Waiver and Launch is for the benefit of Pinspiration Franchise Group, LLC d/b/a Pinspiration, a Delaware restricted legal responsibility firm, (the “Business”) and all of the corporate’s franchisees and licensees, and any and all in their respective officers, administrators, professionals, proprietors, personnel, and brokers (hereinafter
